As someone who has been touched by addiction I found this book to be a breath of fresh air. This is common sense advice delivered in an easy to understand format. Having been through everything in my past with my family members and former husband, I wish this book had existed and I had read it when I first realized there were issues. If you are being affected by addiction get this book, read it and act now. This disease is killing too many wonderful people.
